Stonemask Studio is a professional tandem of two Russian artists, Eugene Ivanov and Alina Ivanova. That is us, hello and good vibes to you from Veliky Novgorod, an old charming city, roughly halfway between Moscow and St. Petersburg.

We have been friends since 2002, family since 2005, and a creative team since 2007. As seen in our portfolio, our core competency is character design.

There are many nuances that have to be considered to reflect the nature and backstory of a hero. Such as body proportions, grace and plasticity, pose and silhouette, facial expressions, costume details and accessories, angle, lighting, colors, etc. And our constant challenge is to convey the desired message to the target audience by playing with all of these things. That's what we do and where our skills and experience allow our clients to achieve their goals effectively.

Primarily, we specialize in corporate and brand characters, characters for all types of games, comics, cartoons, advertising campaigns, NFT-collections, media, web and VR projects. We also create mascots for a variety of events, sports teams and clubs, and produce designer toys under our own brand, idolzz.
